Get ready for a summer filled with creativity, discovery, and hands-on learning!

Union School District's Summer 2026 Enrichment Programs offer students exciting opportunities to explore their interests, build new skills, and have fun with friends in a supportive and engaging environment.

This summer, students can dive into three dynamic enrichment areas: Drama, Robotics, and STEM. Each program is designed to spark curiosity, encourage teamwork, and help students build confidence while learning through interactive projects and creative challenges.

Our enrichment programs are led by enthusiastic staff who create a fun, safe, and inspiring space where students can explore, imagine, and grow.

Join us for a summer of innovation, creativity, and discovery at Union School District.


DRAMA... invites students to explore storytelling, acting, and performance while building confidence and creativity on stage.

ROBOTICS... introduces young inventors to coding, engineering, and problem-solving as they design and program their own robotic creations.

STEM... engages students in hands-on experiments and engineering challenges that bring science, technology, engineering, and math to life.

Summer Theater Camp

Musical Showcase (Incoming Grades 1 - 2)

Let your child’s creativity take center stage! In our Musical Showcase enrichment program, students explore the exciting world of musical theatre while building confidence, imagination, and self-expression. Through fun theatre games, movement, and vocal activities, students will develop performance skills while celebrating their individuality.

Participants will work together as an ensemble, learning the importance of teamwork and collaboration as they rehearse musical theatre numbers. Along the way, they’ll strengthen creativity, stage presence, and communication skills in a supportive and playful environment.

The program culminates in a special musical theatre showcase on the final day, where students proudly perform the numbers they’ve been working on for family and friends.

A fun and inspiring experience for young performers ready to shine!

Summer Theater Camp

The Little Mermaid Jr. Musical  (Incoming Grades 3–5)

Dive under the sea and join the adventure! In our Little Mermaid Jr. Musical enrichment program, 3rd–5th grade students will experience the excitement of bringing a beloved story to life on stage. Students will build confidence while strengthening communication and public speaking skills through acting, singing, and creative expression.

Throughout the program, young performers will learn essential theatre skills such as improvisation, script work, and basic stage movement while exploring their creativity in a supportive and inclusive environment. Students will collaborate as a cast, work as a team, and grow both on and off the stage.

The experience culminates in a full musical performance on the final day, where students will proudly share their hard work with family and friends.

Summer Theater Camp

Into the Woods Jr.  (Incoming Grades 6–8)

Step into a world of fairy tales, adventure, and unforgettable music! In our Into the Woods Jr. enrichment program, 6th–8th grade students will bring this exciting musical to life while building confidence and stage presence.

Students will strengthen communication and public speaking skills through acting, singing, and collaborative rehearsal. Along the way, they will develop core theatre skills such as improvisation, script analysis, character development, and basic stage movement.

This program fosters creativity in a supportive and inclusive environment, where students work together as a cast and ensemble while learning the magic of storytelling through musical theatre.

The experience culminates in a special performance on the final day, where students will showcase their hard work and talent for family and friends.

A fun and engaging opportunity for middle school performers to shine on stage!


Summer Coding & Robotics Camp

Incoming 2nd graders: Inventors

Young engineers design, build, and explore STEM through creative building challenges that spark imagination and innovation.


Incoming 4th - 5th graders: Ready, Set, Build

Children build confidence and resilience as they prepare for friendly competitions and exciting STEM challenges.


Incoming 3rd graders: Ninja Skills

Students develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills through fun and collaborative building activities.

Summer STEM Camp

Incoming 3rd - 4th graders: Sunshine Science Kitchen

Students explore renewable energy while designing their own solar ovens and cooking delicious treats. They build problem-solving, teamwork, and real-world science skills in a fun and hands-on way.


Incoming 1st - 2nd graders: Junior Aerospace Engineers

Students discover how gravity, air resistance, and engineering work together as they design and test parachutes. They learn through trial, error, and exciting real-world challenges.


Incoming 2nd - 3rd graders: Deep Sea Innovators

Students explore buoyancy, design, and engineering as they build submersibles and solve underwater challenges. They gain confidence, creativity, and teamwork skills while learning about our oceans.
