To ensure safety, all children being dropped off or picked up from Extended Care must be signed in and/or out before leaving campus.

Parents do not need to sign their child in when they are dismissed from school:

    • Younger children are picked up directly from their classroom by Extended Care staff.
    • Older children walk directly from their classroom to the Extended Care site, where our staff signs them in.
  • 04 - Can I pickup my child at any time?

Yes, we have an open door policy. Parents are welcome to pickup their child at any time.

  • 05 - Does my child need to be escorted in and out of the extended care program?

  • 06 - What if I am late to pick up my child?

All late pickups will result in a fee. Our late pick up fee is calculated as followed: $10.00 for the first 5 minutes and an additional $1.00 per minute going forward. This fee is per child and must be paid within 2 business days.

  • 07 - Can my child drop-in?

Drop-in care is only available to children enrolled in a current USD Extended Care program. Advance notice and fee payment is required for all drop-ins. Please see our tuition pricing sheet for more details.

This additional service requires advance registration. There is no fee for this service as long as your child is contracted for that day. A fee will apply if you would like your child to attend and it is outside of your contract.
